Dear One,

In the many years of seeking to find meaning in my life, I have found the answer to my search –  right under my nose – in the breath.  This is not just any breath, but is a deliberate OneGlobalBreath, which connects me physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually  to the center of my Being and to all of life.  It is with OneGlobalBreath that we can calm our world,  access unconditional love and return to the flow of Presence –  the JoyOfBeing. 

When you are feeling a hardship, a pain, a stress or an anxiety, something around which your mind can construct terror, 
you can surrender the terror to the OneGlobalBreath by breathing in love, softening the edges around your thoughts, feeling your bodily sensations, and opening your heart to this moment.  

Life is a Process of 

Giving Birth To Yourself, 

moment by moment, breath by breath ...

 

With every breath you take,  

a new piece of you is being born...  

with every exhalation something old dies...

When you can accept that, and endure it with your breath,

you can connect to the frequency of love - the JoyOfBeing.

Allowing the breath of life to fill you up with unconditional love,

especially your ego cracks, your cravings and 

your empty spaces.  

 

Change your energy; heal your shame, your guilt, 

and your lacks, by locating the cracks,

the cravings, the empty spaces in your body..

Imagining the breath permeating them with 

calmness, kindness, and compassion.  

 

Imagine, that you made it your JOB to start your day with the question and practice:
“How can I honor my Self by being kinder, freeing myself from the prison and pain of separation,
becoming whole – with the OneGlobalBreath?
